CBPT 18 CULTURE ET BIBLIOTHEQUE POUR TOUS DU CHER s’engage à renforcer l’accès à la lecture, à promouvoir l’inclusion culturelle et à soutenir l’éducation populaire à travers ses bibliothèques et activités culturelles accessibles à tous.
